Course Curriculum:
Week #1: Spot a Problem:
Learn to see real-world challenges using simple frameworks like a "Bugs List".
Week #2: Understand the customers unmet needs.
Talk to real people, understand their needs and confirm that the problem matters.
Week #3: Build a first Minimum Viable Product(MVP).
Create a simple solution and explain it to real users. Start gathering customer feedback.
Week #4: Launch and make first sales.
Test pricing, communicate value and attempt first real sales.
Week #5: Improve through Feedback:
Refine the solution using customer feedback and clear messaging.
Week #6: Learn and manage money and operations.
Start to manage pricing, costs, and simple steps to deliver product or service.
Week #7: Plan the business pitch
Turn all the work into a Lean Business Canvas and a polished 5-minute pitch.
Week #8: Mini shark tank showcase.
Present the Business pitch and present it to a panel of judges and family members.
